This international workshop is part of the Royal Project Foundation's learning programs, which continued with the exposition of the Royal Project Highland Development Model exhibited during the 66th session of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs in the previous year. The "Highland Best Sustainable Agricultural Practices Today for Better Future Development" commenced on February 5th and lasted five days. This event offered an opportunity for other countries to learn about and gain an understanding of the endeavors undertaken by the Royal Project Foundation. The lecture sessions featured experts from the Royal Project Foundation, HRDI, and Kalfresh, Australia's prominent agricultural produce provider.

The Royal Project Foundation organized field studies in the operational areas of the Muang-ang village, which was used as a model community for putting the best organic farming methods into practice. These included making vermicompost with earthworms to improve plant nutrition and soil nutrients and making biopesticides for controlling insects at the Inthanon Royal Project Agricultural Station. The participants also visited the Young Smart Farmers Group's crop allotment at the Maesa-mai Royal Project Development Center, the Royal Project Produce Center, and the Royal Project shop in Chiang Mai. Upon completion of the international workshop, the participants can utilize their acquired knowledge in highland development and establish a collaborative network to facilitate the achievement of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
